How It's Different
Conventional azelaic acid is crystals floating in liquid. The crystals are too big to get into the skin, so they sit on the surface and irritate it instead. We dissolved them, then tested ours head to head against Finacea, a 15% prescription gel. Our 10% delivered nearly five times more azelaic acid into skin than their 15% did.
